Pimenta dioica:  Allspice has a warm and spicy aroma. It has been used traditionally to relieve joint and muscle pain. It's a warming oil which helps improve circulation; digestion, helps reduce cellulite, calms the nerves and promotes sleep. Bergamot has a citrus yet warm and spicy floral aroma. It is known for its use in cosmetics to prevent oily skin, acne and psoriasis. Piper Nigrum: Black Pepper has a strong, sharp, spicy aroma. It is a natural anti-spasmodic and has been used to relieve cramps, muscle pulls, strains and spasms. It is best known for it's warming and stimulating effects as it improves circulation. Cinnamomum Cassia:  Cassia has a pungent, warm and spicy aroma (richer than cinnamon). It is known for easing nausea and vomiting. Protects from microbial infections, viral infections and is known to relieve gas, headaches, menstrual cramps as well as fight fever inducing infections. Cedrus atlantica: Cedarwood has a woody yet sweet aroma. It's benefits the skin by its sedating ability to relieve itching.
